We love all things wedding and all things organization. So that being said, we can’t WAIT to plan your wedding. We excel at flushing out high-level planning concepts, and thrive on seeing how details come together. For example, if your wedding is inspired by French vineyards, we might arrange botanical stamps on your invitations with potted herbs on tables, and maybe some fresh fruit as centerpieces! Athena, the lead designer, will work with you on everything in the planning phase, and one of our meticulous coordinators will be your on-site coordinator.
On the logistical level, there so many small details we’ll help you through. Who is taking the cake home at the end of the night? Does your DJ know how to pronounce your in-laws’ names? How would you like your napkins folded? We’ll make spreadsheets, collect linen samples, and craft timelines. One time we even created a color-organized chart of mismatched dresses including personalized purchase links!
Being (incredibly) indecisive myself, Empiria was a godsend for me, as I consulted Athena about everything from centerpieces, to the guest list, to the layout of the day. Above all else, she has a warm, welcoming, and bubbly personality that makes her an absolute joy to interact with. My husband and I publicly thanked her at our reception, and we both attribute much of the success of the best day of our lives to her.
One of the most important bits of advice we give couples is to NOT have your phone on your wedding day! Nobody should ask you any questions except if you'd like more champagne :) We'll take the reins a few weeks prior to your wedding date and make sure everything gets in formation! From loading dock schedules to packing up presents at the end of the night, we've got it all covered. Time to party!

Why do I need a wedding planner?
The long answer: planning a wedding is complicated. There are more moving parts than you could ever imagine, and enough options to give you decision paralysis every day. Who really wants to decide the style of napkin fold? (Hint: we do!) We will design a day that will be unforgettable for you and your guests, while you forget about the stress. The last thing you want is for someone to ask you five million questions while you are just trying to enjoy a glass of champagne. If everything is taken care of for you, you can enjoy what matters most!
How do I book your services?
Do you work with an exclusive list of vendors? Or can we work with any vendor?
How much time do I need to plan my wedding?
At minimum, we need three weeks notice for final coordination.
