Adventurous Minnesota Summer Engagement Session / Rachel & Mac

Rachel and Mac’s engagement session was the epitome of Minnesota summers: lush greenery, soft sunlight haze, cuddles on the beach, and playing in the water. Forget about “posing” in front of the camera, Rachel and Mac couldn’t sit still as they just kept making each other laugh! It was such a fun, adventurous evening as we walked down ravines, through some woods, and down by the beach. Rachel didn’t even wear shoes on the way back!

I met Rachel a few years ago through a mutual friend; we clicked instantly with our bubbly personalities! I actually photographed her and her team of Young Living associates last April! Last summer, I received a message from Rachel saying “I’ve only been dating this guy for a month but I know we’re getting married!! What is your 2020 availability?!” It’s like the adage, “When you know, you know.” And heck YES they knew! They both work in the service industry, and you can tell how much they care for others by the way they care for one another. They radiate joy and I’m sure will be beaming on their wedding day! I cannot wait for their wedding at Abella this fall!
