3 Ten Event Venue Wedding {Rachel & Cory}

What a way to come back from “maternity leave”! I’ve had so many people ask me if I’m excited to return to work after having a baby, and honestly I couldn’t wait. I love Aella SO MUCH, but photographing weddings fills me with so much joy and purpose. I’m not going to lie, waking up at 6 AM and driving an hour south was tough. But when we got to 3 Ten Event Venue (one of my favorites!), and with a little bit of coffee (let’s be real, quite a lot), the spark immediately returned. I just giggled in Rachel’s getting ready suite looking at all of her details!!

One of my favorite parts about this job is getting to capture the really small moments between couples. I know people say that all the time, but here’s what it means to me –> Some people don’t boldly display their emotions, so it’s my job to capture the tiny glimpses they give that speak volumes. Seeing the way that Cory looked at Rachel throughout their wedding day absolutely warmed my heart!! Being able to deliver these images and document these moments is exactly why I was excited to get back to work!

Congratulations, Rachel and Cory! I hope you have a wonderful time on your honeymoon! <3
